豆腐花 (Soy Bean dessert)

 浏览好些姐妹们的博格,
惊见这简易版的豆花的受欢迎度,
于是带着半信半疑的心态,
客串起“豆腐西施”来,
结果。。。。。。。
As I dropped by a few blogs, I was surprised to see how popular and well received this Soy Bean Dessert is. So, giving it the benifit of the doubt, I decided to give it a try.

滑溜溜的,雪白白的,
光看就喜欢,
第一匙进口时,倍感顺滑,
配上甜度适中的椰糖水,
秒!妙不可言啊!
The end result? A smooth, snow white and delicious dessert that will have you falling in love with it at first sight and first bite! When eaten with the suitably sweet palm sugar syrup, it becomes all the more better.

Meanwhile, my family went overboard with their praises, insisting that I can already open a stall at the local market.

 
食譜参考: Qi Qi in the house

材料:

 1/2茶匙 燕菜粉
600cc 无糖室温豆漿(分成2份)

做法:
1) 一半(300ml)的室温豆浆水慢慢加热。

2) 把1/2茶匙的燕菜粉加到剩余的(300ml)豆浆水中慢慢搅拌,然後倒入炉上的锅中。

3) 一边煮一边搅拌,豆浆一滾就熄火;过滤及尽量把表层的泡沫去掉。

4) 冷却后,放进冰箱冷藏至少4小時或隔夜。配搭黄糖水、白糖水或任何自己喜爱的糖水食用。


Recipe referenced from Qi Qi in the house

Ingredients:

1/2tsp jelly powder
600cc plain (unsweetened) soy bean drink, warmed at room temperature (divided into 2 portions)

Method:
1) Heat up 300ml of soy bean drink in a pot over a low flame.

2) Add the jelly powder to the remaining 300ml soy bean drink, stir until completely dissolved and pour the mixture into the pot.

3) Continue stirring the contents of the pot over the flame. Once the mixture boils, turn off the flame and sieve the mixture to get rid of the bubbles.

4) Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Serve with palm sugar syrup, sweet syrup or any syrup of your choice.




这豆花除了简单做,超幼滑,
最引人的,还是它不含石膏粉,
所以可以放心吃
Besides being easy to make and having such wonderful results, the selling point of this recipe is that it does not contain gypsum powder, so more people are willing to eat it.


有钱吃燕窝,没钱吃豆花;
不管燕窝或豆花,
有吃就如玉似花。
Apparently, eating this dessert can cause your skin to become more supple. What do you think?

Once NaNak heard that eating the Soy Bean Dessert is good for your skin, she immediately went and made a second pot of the dessert. Hehehe......my hubby and I benefited from it too!
